臥式內拉床

L6110F臥式內(nei) 拉床用於(yu) 拉削各種幾何形狀的孔，生產(chan) 效率高，適於(yu) 大量生產(chan) 和成批生產(chan) 。本係列機床采用液壓式傳(chuan) 動，工作平穩，能無級調速，並有超負荷保險裝置。機床具有自動循環，主要動作均可單獨調整。機床由—個(ge) 總按扭站操作，操作方便。

L6110F臥式內(nei) 拉床適用於(yu) 拉刀前柄為(wei) 圓柱型且符合國家標準的拉刀（無周向定位），對拉刀前柄為(wei) 非標或加工鍵橫槽等部位的矩形柄拉刀，刀夾頭須另行製作。

This series machine is used for broaching various holes in geometrical shape in mass and quantity production with high efficiency.

It is driven by hydraulic power and equipped with a safety device against overload. The machine works stable and it can realize stepless adjustment of cutting speed as well as operating in automatic cycle.Main actions of the machine can be individually adjusted.A main button for easily operation controls the machine. The automatic toolholder delivery with the machine is suitable for state standard broach (without periphery positioning) that front shank is cylindrical.Toolholder should be special produced for nonstandard shank or rectangular shank broach which for key slot cutting.
