本機床是為(wei) 拉削奧迪車法蘭(lan) 盤式三柱槽、油馬達轉子及重車滑套等專(zhuan) 門設計製造的。該加工件的特點是形狀複雜，加工餘(yu) 量大，定位困難，且精度要求高，針對以上要求，我公司在通用400KN立式拉床的基礎上，增加了相應的拉刀導向裝置，產(chan) 品定位裝置，拉刀自動夾緊裝置等。機床具有自動、半自動及手動調整加工的功能。單道工序節拍達40件/小時。

This machine is specially designed for broaching flange type housing, rotor of oil hydraulic motor in AUDI auto and sliding bush.Work piece above-metioned usually has complex shape; big machining allowance and it is hard to positioning and need high accuracy. So we added broach guide device. positioning device and self-holding device on 400KN vertical broaching machine to realize auto, semi-auto and manual machining.
